Happy Birthday to You.

My Brother 21st Cake.

He requested a rainbow colourful cake that would fills the party with lots of joy and fun.
 
so here it is
 
Its a rich choc base with tiramisu filling!
MASCARPONE CHEESE
real coffee and bailey inspired
 
the frosting is whipped cream colored according to our preferences
We used Ombre petal technique here for the 1st tier and star tip piping for 2nd tier.
Hand made 21 is cut out from a art craft paper.
DIY with toothpicks to keep it still.
Topped with fresh berries and choc flakes.
MY MY.
Its love, in every piece of cake.
