RainBow Cake

Rainbow Layer cake. My first attempt. took me 8pm- midnight to complete the cake..

Its the baking part that I had to wait as I only have one cake tin of this size.

Cake layers are my usual vanilla chiffon cake recipe, just that they are coloured with food dye!

 



 

 

I didn't manage to control the colour intensity, hence the weird colour combination.

Will have a better attempt next round!!

 

Pretty Cool to cut into the cake, to realise its a rainbow cake! =P
