When it comes to frosting the cupcakes, my mum always ask me to leave it out. Cause SHE hate sugary sweet frosting. So I am on a mission to make the most delightful frosting that is not so sweet. So I found THIS-- Flour frosting
It is actually a part of butter cream icing. Normally butter cream icing are very butterish, sweet and too rich for my liking.. So I never use them, usually I use cream cheese frosting. Now this Flour frosting is made from Flour and Milk.

3 Tbsp Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Soften Butter
First cook the flour and milk in a saucepan, whisking all the time. (dont burnt it) When it's thicken, remove from stove and leave to cool. This flour frosting can be keep in fridge and prepared in advance day before. Remember to only add this into the butter mixture when its chilled or at rm temp.
