Raspberry ShortCake


WOW!

Same ingredients, different mixing method makes a whole lot of different.

I have used a recipe, I found from YouTube, - cooking with dog -
When I browse baking videos, I always look out for the cake when it's being sliced. I will take extra notice on the texture of cake and spongeness. After viewing the video, I know I must TRY this recipe.! Indeed, it is so light and soft like cotton cake. AND best part is this recipe is very simple!!
Manage to bake, chill, cream, decorate the whole cake in just 2 hours.

Recipe adapted from -cooking with dog-

Sponge Cake -

3 Eggs (150g)
100g Sugar
90g Cake Flour
15g Unsalted Butter
1 tbsp Milk

SEE how simple this cake is, the ingredients needed is so so so minimum..

Really shows that a good sponge cake need not have complicated stuffs in it!


End result.




-my mum say the cake really looks like those in shelf.
and she is so happy for me.


Christmas came early this year.
