White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies



Recipe Adapted from Humming Bird Bakery

135g Unsalted Butter
70g Caster Sugar
70g Light Brown Sugar
1 Large Egg
190g Plain Flour

1/2t Vanilla extract
1/2t Salt
1/2t Bicardonate Soda

100g Dried Cranberries
60g White Chocolate chips

Bake 170 Deg for 15mins for a chewy & soft texture.
