Tofu Salad with Salmon Sashimi

The most refreshing Salad- dressing I choose tangy sweet wafu sauce that I made from a combination of  Japanese seasoned Soya sauce, ( recipe from my Boyfriend )
rice wine vingear
and sesame mustard sauce.

All the sauces can be found in Takashimaya Cold Storage.

I used cold chilled tofu, diced them and dress the ice-berg lettuce with the prepared sauce.  Its tangy, crunchy, light and VERY refreshing.. Nothing like creamy salad that we usually eat.
 
Highly recommended if you want to switch for a change. Try this instead!
