Littlenecks (clams) are by far one of the best ingredients to be used in pasta dishes. The sauce is infused with the clams 'juice' giving it the freshest taste. oh my..
The best part about the dish is when it is finished with flakes of crispy seaweed. The seaweed gives the pasta a lift in the taste and brings out the Japanese feel.. I really love this pasta ALOT!
