Figuring out that diet and sweets basically dont match exactly. I suppose many are facing these problems. Its a life long battle for people who loved to eat. But we all also that the speed of our in take can never defeat the little calories we burned at gym.
I only need 15 mins to intake 600 Calories EASILY.. hahha
But I would requires load of work hard, an hour ish of high intensity workout in a gym class or 1.5hrs jog.
So being a baker, I would definitely love to eat what I have made and created in my kitchen. Counting calories isn't really the best.
Thats why I have made a very healthy complex carbs dessert to replace BUTTERCREAM.
This is the closest texture that can be piped into flowers that I like to recreate.
This flowers have taken the pastries industry by storm. They have always been popular but ever since the Korean reinvent the way they look from the American style.
Everyone is basically posting and learning this style of decoration techniques.

At first I was worried how the turn out will be,
end up the silky texture and light cheesecake blends in really well. At least my family thought so.
Maybe will try with Chiffon cakes too.
