Raspberry Chocolate Cupcakes

Chocolate Cupcakes. Love and Hate. Hate because it always make a mess in my kitchen.. The sieving of choco powder makes it a devil. Unlike vanilla cakes.. They are like angels.. =)

 

Plain Chocolate cupcakes.

 

Cupcakes needs to be dress up to be called Cupcakes.

 

Otherwise they would be just be muffins.

 

SO choco ganche on the cake. top with fresh raspberries and shaved choco.

Dust with a little icing sugar..

 

Icing Sugar always reminds of christmas. I don't know why..
