I fall in love with making
chiffon cake. Without the use of butter, the cake stays soft and spongy even when it's just out from the fridge. I added green tea powder, as I heart almost everything green tea. Macha is fated to marry red bean, the combination of these two are just so so so loved. They simply compliment each another..
This is my very first few attempts!! I am very glad that the roll doesn't have crack.. As for the red bean puree, I boiled the beans for hours then put them into a food processer. Hate the process but love the end result.. Hard work does pay off. My swissroll made me survive through my week.
